Our Story

PKSCPAMN has more than 40 years of combined industry experience assisting a wide range of businesses with their finance & accounting needs, including Retailers, Wholesalers, Interior Design Firms, Architecture Firms, Executive Service Firms, Non-profits, S-Corps, C-Corps, and Individuals. We also do taxes for our accounting clients!

Priya K Srinivasan CPA has led the company since founding it in 2006. Priya is an accomplished CPA with decades of industry experience and an active license in Minnesota. She has worked with small- and mid-sized businesses as well as non-profit entities. Before starting her own CPA firm, she worked as the Head Of Finance Operations for multiple small/medium businesses in the for-profit and non-profit sector in Minnesota.

About Priya
Priya is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with licenses from India. Priya brings a unique global understanding of operations and accounting practices that benefit her clients.
Priya obtained her diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom.

Priya has worked with Sage 200, Quickbooks , Peachtree, SAP, Design Manager, and she obtained her certified bookkeeper badge from Design Manager and Freshbooks. She is a member of the Indian institute of Chartered Accountants, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Priya lives in Bloomington, MN and has been a resident of MN for the past 18 years.

About Clare
Clare Schisler comes to Priya K Srinivasan, CPA, LLC with office experience in the medical, educational
and supply chain field.
Clare joined Priya K Srinivasan CPA LLC in 2022. In her role as Administrative Associate, she will be
assisting the accounting team with multiple tasks.
Clare looks forward to utilizing her organizational skills to make these tasks feel seamless.
Her interests include spending time with family and friends, baking, gardening, and volunteering.
Bhagya Parekh
Accounting Associate

About Bhagya
Bhagya Parekh is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certified and an Accounting Associate at Priya K Srinivasan CPA LLC.

Bhagya joined Priya K Srinivasan CPA LLC in 2020. In her current role, she works on creating tax returns for clients.
She is a member of India Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam.

Her interests include spending time with family, cooking and reading.
Kelsey Steele
Accounting Associate

About Kelsey
Kelsey began her professional career as an accounting clerk for an international oil and gas service company, and then moved into the treasury department of the parent company to manage bank accounts and credit cards for several companies across different industries. Next, she began working for a startup CPA firm as an intern and later became the firm’s first full-time employee. After two tax seasons with the startup CPA firm, Kelsey transitioned to working remotely for both PKS CPA MN and a local Bookkeeping firm in the Dallas, TX area.

Priya began working as an Accounting Associate with Priya k Srinivasan CPA LLP since May 2022, she is proficient in Quickbooks.
She is the member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2015 and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2011.
She did MBA in Finance in 2014 and is having over 8 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and Direct taxation in India.
Priya lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and enjoys travelling, painting, listening music and spending time with family.
